INFORMATION ON IFVP OJSC PRODUCTS PROTECTIONfrom counterfeits in the “gray” products marketMarking of each unit of pipeline valves is made on stainless plates by engraving or on valves’ bodies by percussion.
The marking includes trade mark of the manufacturing plant, serial number and year of production.
The use of JSC-IFAZ trade mark is protected by Certificate of the State Patent Office of Ukraine No. 9430 as of February 27, 1998.
The produced pipeline valves are sealed in accordance with the Design documentation requirements.
All valves are certified, which is confirmed with the certification mark on a plate (body) and the product ticket.
Each unit of the valves is provided with a ticket as established by the producer. The evidence of acceptance is a signature of a foreman of the quality control department in the ticket’s acceptance section, confirmed by signatures of the Head of quality control department and the Chief Engineer. The signatures should be certified with seals of the quality control department foreman, of the quality control department and of the plant. Signatures of the officials and the seals are identified.
The ticket includes address of the manufacturing plant, which allows the buyer to identify the product in each case.
One of protection levels of the ticket is a hologram of the manufacturing enterprise.
The manufactured and shipped products are identified by shipment (certification) lots and serial numbers. Each shipped (certified) lot is confirmed with a certificate of conformity.
